Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 45 ml espresso
  • 250 ml mulled wine
  • 20 ml grappa
  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation

  • Heat the mulled wine in a small saucepan until it is almost boiling.
  • Prepare the espresso.
  • Add the espresso, grappa and honey to the mulled wine.
  • Stir well and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Serving suggestion

Serve the mulled wine in a small latte macchiato glass. Decorate with a cinnamon stick or an orange slice.
